Andrew D. Chumbley’s ONE: The Grimoire of the Golden Toad first appeared in 2000. It is the working magical record of the author’s 1999 undertaking of the ritual known as ‘The Waters of the Moon’, the East Anglian Toad-Bone rite which was said to convey power over horses. The rite served as as a personal harrowing for Chumbley, and an evolutionary catalyst for the Cultus Sabbati. Originally limited to 77 standard copies and 3 special edition copies, it quickly sold out and has been out of print since.

An account of the author’s work using the East Anglian Toad-Bone rite, the work served as a catalysing and purifying magical reagent within the Sabbatic Cultus.

On the anniversary of Chumbley’s passing, Xoanon is pleased to announce that the second edition of the unique work is now available. Faithful to the text of the 2000 edition.
